摘 要:为了开发新的饲料原料,试验使用氨基酸评分(AAS)、必需氨基酸相对比值(EAARR)、灰色关联度(GRG)法分析牡丹籽粕蛋白的营养价值,并与饲料原料中常用的8种饼粕的营养价值进行了比较。结果显示:牡丹籽粕含有粗蛋白24.5%、粗脂肪1.3%、粗纤维4.7%、水分8.7%、粗灰分3.4%;在牡丹籽粕中检测到17种氨基酸,必需氨基酸(EAA)与总氨基酸(TAA)的比值为0.35,与非必需氨基酸(NEAA)的比值为0.53;AAS结果显示异亮氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸,赖氨酸为第二限制性氨基酸,含硫氨基酸为第三限制性氨基酸;分析不同阶段和用途鸡饲料的AAS显示牡丹籽粕蛋白的组成与19周龄~开产的蛋鸡(78.0%)的氨基酸需要最接近;EAARR法牡丹籽粕的评分为65.6%,GRG法评分为0.651。结果说明牡丹籽粕必需氨基酸的组成比较平衡,是一种优质的蛋白质资源,具有一定的鸡饲料原料的应用价值。In order to develop new feed materials,the nutritional value of peony seed meal protein was analyzed by amino acid score(AAS),relative ratio of essential amino acid(EAARR)and grey correlation degree(GRG),and compared with the nutritional value of eight kinds of cake meal commonly used in feed materials.The results showed that the peony seed meal contained 24.5%crude protein,1.3%crude fat,4.7%crude fiber,8.7%moisture and 3.4%crude ash;a total of 17 kinds of amino acids were detected in peony seed meal.The ratio of essential amino acids to the total amino acids was 0.35,and that of non-essential amino acids was 0.53.The results of AAS showed that the first limiting amino acid was isoleucine,the second limiting amino acid was lysine,and the third limiting amino acid was sulfur-containing amino acid.AAS analysis of different stages and uses of chicken feed showed that protein composition of peony seed meal was closest to amino acid requirement of 19-week-old to laying hens(78.0%).The EAARR score of peony seed meal was 65.6%,and the GRG method score was 0.651.The results showed that the composition of essential amino acids in peony seed meal was balanced,which was a kind of high quality protein resource and had certain application value as chicken feed material.
