摘　　要：目的探究膳食锌摄入量与脑卒中风险的关系。方法纳入来自美国国家健康和营养检查调查(NHANES)数据库(2011至2018)的受试者。使用2次24 h饮食回忆访谈确定锌摄入量,采用医学状况问卷(MCQ)确定脑卒中。应用二元Logistic回归模型评价锌摄入量与脑卒中风险之间的关联。采用1∶1的最邻近倾向得分匹配(PSM)减少选择偏差。结果研究中纳入8741例受试者。匹配前后的多因素Logistic回归分析均表明,锌摄入量的增加与脑卒中风险呈负相关;亚组分析表明,锌摄入量与脑卒中风险的相关性在≥65岁(P=0.010)、高血压病(P=0.041)、吸烟史(P=0.026)、非糖尿病(P=0.036)受试者中更为明显。结论增加膳食锌摄入量,或许对脑卒中及相关疾病可起到预防或减轻症状的作用。Aim To explore the relationship between dietary zinc intake and the risk of stroke.Methods Participants from American National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)2011-2018 were included.Two 24-hour dietary recalls and a medical conditions questionnaire(MCQ)were used to determine zinc intake and stroke,respectively.The relationship between dietary zinc intake and the risk of stroke was evaluated by binary Logistic regression model.The nearest-neighbor propensity score matching(PSM)with a ratio of 1:1 was used to reduce selection bias.Results A total of 8741subjects were included in this study.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis before and after matching showed that the increase of zinc intake is negatively correlated with stroke.Subgroup analysis showed that the correlation between zinc intake and stroke risk was more obvious in individuals≥65 years old(P=0.010),individuals with hypertension(P=0.041),individuals who smoke(P=0.026),and individuals with diabetes(P=0.036).Conclusion Increasing dietary zinc intake may be effective in preventing stroke and related diseases or alleviating their symptoms.
