摘  要:本文结合CPS技术,面向飞机大修过程的实时感知、动态响应和精准管控提出了实时数据驱动的飞机大修过程精准管控框架。以某飞机大修车间为背景,设计开发了飞机大修过程执行管控系统,并以飞机大修过程的返工应用场景为例进行了应用分析。Combining with CPS(cyber physical systems) technology, a real-time data-driven precise control framework for aircraft overhaul process was put forward, which can realize real-time perception, dynamic response and precise control of aircraft overhaul process. Taking an aircraft overhaul workshop as the research background, the aircraft overhaul process execution control system is designed and developed, and the rework application scenario of aircraft overhaul process is taken as an example for verification and analysis.
