摘　　要：吴茱萸汤出自汉·张仲景的《伤寒论》,具有温中补虚、降浊化饮之功,主治阳明寒呕、厥阴头痛及少阴吐逆等。侯春光主任医师擅用经方治疗儿科疾病,认为经方应用,不仅要辨阴阳、气血、脏腑,还要辨方证,要有是证,用是方,方证结合则常有“覆杯而愈”之效。病证复杂时,多经方合用,以提高临床疗效,扩大经方使用范围。附多涎症、头痛及腹痛3则验案,以资验证。Wuzhuyu Tang(吴茱萸汤)comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing in Han Dynasty,which has the functions of warming the middle energizerto tonify deficiency,descending turbid substance and resolving fluid retention,and is mainly used for treating yangming cold vomiting,Jueyin headache,shaoyin vomitingand adverse flow of qi.Archiater HOU Chunguang excels at using classical prescription to treat pediatric diseases.He holds that the application of the prescription is not only to distinguish yin and yang,qi and blood,zang-fu organs,but also to differentiate prescription and syndrome.Different prescriptions are applied to different diseases,corresponding between prescription and syndrome often takes instant effect.When the diseases and syndromes are relatively complex,the combined use of multiple classical prescriptions can improve the clinical efficacy and expand the use range thereof.Three cases of hypersalivation,headache and abdominal pain are attached for verification.
