摘  要:为了探究中国广东、坦桑尼亚、马来西亚三地丁香花蕾的含油量及化学成分的差异,采用水蒸气蒸馏改良法提取丁香花蕾油,并结合色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对丁香花蕾油的挥发性香气成分进行分析。结果表明:水蒸气蒸馏改良法中油水混合液的有效收集和破乳的两个关键工艺步骤,能针对性地解决常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取丁香花蕾油的不足,提高丁香花蕾油的得率;3种丁香花蕾油的得油率存在显著差异性(P<0.05),其中得率最高的为中国广东(14.12%),最低的为马来西亚(12.56%);GC-MS分析表明3种丁香花蕾油共分离鉴定出34种挥发性成分,其中18种挥发性成分是三个产地精油所共有;三个产地丁香花蕾油中主要成分丁香酚、β-石竹烯和乙酸丁香酚酯的总量均达到总挥发性成分的95%以上,分别为中国广东95.35%、坦桑尼亚95.99%和马来西亚96.63%;葎草烯也是丁香花蕾油中一种重要香气成分;丁香酚、β-石竹烯的同分异构体也存在于丁香花蕾油中。三个产地丁香花蕾的含油量以及精油的化学成分存在差异。Explore the differences in the content and chemical components of clove bud oils in Guangdong in China,Tanzania and Malaysia.The essential oils of clove bud were extracted by steam distillation,and these volatile aroma components of clove bud oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that effective collections of oil-water mixture and demulsification were the two key steps which could solve the shortage of extracting clove bud oil by conventional steam distillation.There were significant differences in the yields of the three clove bud oils(P<0.05),the highest yield was in Guangdong,China(14.12%),and the lowest was in Malaysia(12.56%).GC-MS analysis showed that 34 volatile components were identified from three clove bud oils,of which 18 volatile components were common;Eugenol,caryophyllene and eugenol acetate were the main aroma components and more than 95% of the total volatile components,which were 95.35 %in Guangdong,95.99% in Tanzania and 96.63% in Malaysia,respectively;Humulene was also an important aroma component;The isomers of eugenol andcaryophyllenealso existed in clove bud oils;There were differences in the content and chemical composition of clove bud oils from three producing areas.
