摘  要:为建立竹叶花椒挥发油的指纹图谱,利用超临界CO_(2)萃取法提取竹叶花椒挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和激光拉曼光谱仪对获得样品进行测试和分析,获得竹叶花椒挥发油的成分组成和特征图谱。结果表明:从竹叶花椒挥发油能分离鉴定出62种化合物,包括醇类、烯烃类、酮醛及酯类物质;样品的红外光谱共有21条特征谱带,可归属羟基(C—O)、羰基(C=O)、双键(C=C)等基团的振动,这些基团主要来自于挥发油中的醇类、烯烃类、酮醛及酯类物质;拉曼光谱共有5条特征谱带,可归属为醇类、烯烃类物质上甲基(CH_(3))、亚甲基(CH_(2))、双键(C=C)的振动。In order to establish the fingerprint of the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,use supercritical CO_(2)extraction to extract the essential oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,and use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and laser Raman spectrometer to compare the obtained oil.The samples were tested and analyzed,and the composition and characteristic map of the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were obtained.The results showed that 62 compounds,including alcohols,alkenes,ketones,aldehydes and esters,could be separated and identified from the volatile oil of prickly ash.The infrared spectrum of the sample had a total of 21 characteristic bands,which could be attributed to the vibrations of hydroxyl(C—O),carbonyl(C=O),double bond(C=C)and other groups,which were mainly from alcohols,olefins,ketone aldehydes and esters in volatile oil.Raman spectrum had 5 characteristic spectra bands,which could be attributed to the vibrations of methyl(CH_(3)),methylene(CH_(2)),and double bonds(C=C)on alcohols and olefins.
