摘 要:依据GB/T 20125—2006,抽样检测并对比分析保温杯、不锈钢筷、西餐刀等22个品类,合计90种市面在售的食品级不锈钢制品及20种镊子、剪刀等非食品接触钢材料的合金元素含量。针对其中30种成分不合格的食品级不锈钢样品,依照GB 31604.49—2016进行迁移量测试。结果显示:食品级与非食品级不锈钢间在Cr、Cu、Mo、P、C的含量上存在显著性差异(P<0.01),其中Cr元素含量差别较大,最高达到2倍;标明采用304,430和316三大类食品级不锈钢的制品均存在合金元素与钢号标准含量不符的现象,其中Cr元素含量不合格率最高为37%;被测样品的重金属迁移量均符合国家标准,由此引发的食品安全问题的可能性较低。About 90 kinds of food-grade stainless steel products sold in the market,including thermos cups,stainless steel chopsticks and western utensils,and 20 kinds of non-food-grade alloy elements such as tweezers and scissors were sampled and compared according to GB/T 20125—2006.Migration tests were carried out for 30 unqualified food-grade stainless steel samples according to GB 31604.49—2016.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the contents of Cr,Cu,Mo,P and C between food grade stainless steel and non-food grade stainless steel(P<0.01),with the maximum difference of 2 times the content.It was discovered that the alloy elements in the products made of 304,430 and 316 food grade stainless steels were inconsistent with the steel grade standard,in which the highest unqualified rate of Cr was 37%.The migration of heavy metals in the tested samples all met the National Standards,which led to low possibility of food safety problems.
