摘 要:通过对乙肝传播机制的分析,利用动力学方法建立了一类具有媒介报道的乙肝传染病模型,得到了疾病传播的基本再生数R_(0),证明了当R_(0)<1时,模型存在全局渐近稳定性的无病平衡点,当R_(0)>1时,模型存在全局渐近稳定的地方病平衡点.最后结合已有数据进行了数值模拟,分析了新疆乙肝疾病的流行状况并给出了控制乙肝传播的可行性建议.Through analysis of the transmission mechanism of hepatitis B,a model of a class of infectious diseases with media coverage of hepatitis B was established using dynamical methods,and the basic reproductive number R_(0) of disease transmission was obtained.It was demonstrated that there is a global asymptotically stable disease-free equilibrium point E_(0) when R_(0)<1,and a global asymptotically stable endemic equilibrium point E_(1) when R_(0)>1.Finally,numerical simulations were carried out with the available data to analyse the epidemiological situation of hepatitis B disease in Xinjiang and to give feasible suggestions for controlling the transmission of hepatitis B.
