三维成像教学模块在胸外科专科医师培训中的应用

摘  要:目的 探讨三维成像教学模块在胸外科专科医师培训教学中的应用价值,提高胸外科住院医师规范化培训的教学水平。方法 2021年1月1日-2021年8月31日某院胸外科共接收胸外科专培医师12名,采用随机数字表方法分为两组,实验组采用三维成像教学结合胸腔镜基础理论学习及手术视频讲解模式对专培医师进行教学,对照组采用胸腔镜基础理论学习及手术视频讲解模式进行教学,培训结束后采用综合考评方式进行评估。对比两组教学结果。结果 12名医师顺利完成培训,实验组医师年龄26.67±0.82岁,对照组医师年龄27.17±1.6岁,两组专培医师在年龄,性别,学历及培训时间上均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组的基础理论分数,扶镜评价分数及授课评价分数分别为44.33±1.75,33±2.10,6.83±1.17。实验组的基础理论分数,扶镜评价分数及授课评价分数分别为46.50±1.05,34.67±1.21,8.67±1.03。与对照组相比,实验组理论分数及授课评价均高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扶镜评价分数两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与单纯手术教学方式相比,三维成像教学模块可以更加直观立体的向专培医师提供肺手术解剖教学内容,能有效缩短学习曲线,提高教学质量,是胸外科医师专科培训的重要手段。Objectives This study aims to explore the application value of three-dimensional CT reconstruction teaching modules in the training and teaching of thoracic surgery specialists, so as to improve the teaching level of standardized training for thoracic surgery residents.Methods From January 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021, the Department of Thoracic Surgery of a hospital received a total of 12 specialist thoracic surgeons, who were divided into two groups by random number table method.The experimental group used the three-dimensional CT reconstruction teaching combined with the basic theoretical learning of thoracoscopy and the operation video explanation mode to teach the specialized doctors, while the control group was taught by the basic theory of thoracoscopy and the operation video explanation mode.After the training, a comprehensive evaluation method was used for evaluating and comparing the teaching results of the two groups.Results All physicians successfully completed the training.The average age of the physicians in the experimental group was 26.67±0.82 years old,and the average age of the physicians in the control group was 27.17±1.6 years old. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender, educational background, and training time(P>0.05).The basic theory scores, camera navigation scores, and training evaluation scores of the control group were 44.33±1.75, 33±2.10, and 6.83±1.17, respectively. The basic theory scores, camera navigation scores, and training evaluation scores of the experimental group were 46.50±1.05, 34.67±1.21, and 8.67±1.03,respectively.Compared with the control group, the theoretical scores and teaching evaluations of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.
