摘 要:目的研究工作坊教学模式对手术室新护士侧卧位安置培训的作用。方法将2017年3月至2020年3月南方医科大学第三附属医院手术室新护士30名纳入研究,以电脑随机数字表法分为工作坊组及常规组,各15名。常规组开展传统带教模式进行侧卧位安置培训,工作坊组则开展工作坊教学模式进行侧卧位安置培训。分析两组护士理论考核成绩及操作技能成绩、干预前后自我效能及工作压力变化情况及满意度情况等方面的差异。结果工作坊组护士理论考核成绩及操作技能成绩、自我效能评分高于常规组,而工作压力评分低于常规组;工作坊组护士总体满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论工作坊教学模式对手术室新护士侧卧位安置培训的作用价值较高,可明显提高护士的自我效能,降低工作压力,提高护士满意度。Objective To study the value of the workshop teaching mode in the training of lateral decubation position for new nurses in the operating room.Methods A total of 30 cases of new nurses in operating room in this hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into workshop group and routine group by computer random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The routine group was trained in the traditional teaching mode for side decubitus position placement,while the workshop group was trained in the workshop teaching mode.The differences between the two groups of nurses in terms of theoretical assessment scores,operational skill scores,self-efficacy and work stress changes before and after intervention,satisfaction and other aspects were analyzed.Results The theoretical assessment and operational skills of nurses in the workshop group were higher than routine group.After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the workshop group was higher than routine group,while the work stress score was lower than routine group.The overall satisfaction of nurses in the workshop group was higher than routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The workshop teaching mode has a high value for the training of new nurses in lateral position placement in the operating room,which can significantly improve nurses'self-efficacy,reduce work pressure and improve nurses'satisfaction.
