摘 要:目的 探讨积分制在病案管理部门绩效考核中的应用效果,为提升病案管理质量和服务水平提供参考。方法 2020年7月1日-2021年12月31日对病案管理科在职工作人员实行积分制管理,从日常工作、劳动纪律、科研、文章、获奖等多个方面制定积分制考核奖扣分标准,并将积分与个人绩效和个人评先评优相挂钩。采用问卷调查法,对实施积分制前后临床科室医务人员对病案管理科工作满意率开展问卷调查,同时对科室员工不良工作行为发生情况进行统计评价。结果 与2020年下半年相比,2021年下半年奖惩A类积分(非工作量部分)累计扣罚分由340分下降至95分,除1人扣罚A类分增加外,其他13名员工扣罚A类分均有所减少。实施积分制管理后员工不良工作行为明显减少,遗漏编码发生率由3.80%下降至0.60%,病案质控差错发生率由4.60%下降至1.40%;临床科室对病案管理科工作的满意率有所提高,其中服务态度满意率由86.00%升高至93.50%,病案质控质量满意率由75.00%升高至86.50%,实施前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 积分制管理调动了员工的工作积极性和执行力,提高了病案管理工作效能。Objectives To discuss the application effect of the point system in the performance appraisal of the medical record management department, in order to improve the quality and service level of the medical record management. Methods The staff of the medical record management department that from July 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2021 were managed by a point system, and the points system evaluation and award deduction standards were formulated in terms of daily work, labor discipline, scientific research, articles, and awards. Points were combined with individual performance and individual prioritization. Using the method of questionnaire survey, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the clinical department before and after the implementation of the point system, and a statistical evaluation was made on the occurrence of bad work behaviors of the staff in the department. Results Compared with the second half of 2020, in the second half of 2021, the cumulative deduction of reward and punishment A points(non-workload) decreased from 340 points to 95 points.Except for the increase in the deduction of 1 person’s A-type points, the other 13 employees were deducted. After the implementation of the point system management, the bad behavior of employees had been significantly reduced,the incidence of missing codes had dropped from 3.80% to 0.60%, and the incidence of medical record quality control errors had dropped from 4.60% to 1.40%. The satisfaction rate of clinical departments to the work of the medical record management department had increased, of which the satisfaction rate of service attitude had increased from 86.00% to 93.50%, and the satisfaction rate of medical record quality control had increased from 75.00% to 86.50%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusions The point-based management had mobilized employees’ work enthusiasm and execution ability, and improved the work efficiency of the medical record management department.
