摘　　要：目的 研究新疆地区50岁及以上人群发生年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)的危险因素及相关性,为该地区中老年群体预防AMD提供参考。方法 选取新疆喀什市和库车县地区2019年2月1日-2021年9月30日于医院体检的2529例老年人展开研究。从医院的信息数据库中调取研究对象的基本信息并通过眼科检查获取视力相关数据,多因素Logistic回归分析与AMD发生的危险因素。结果 单因素分析在年龄、民族、籍贯、白内障、居住地因素上的AMD发生率均具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,年龄、居住地是中老年人群发生AMD的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 50岁及以上人群发生AMD的危险因素为年龄及居住地,将存在以上危险因素的中老年作为AMD预防的重点关注对象。Objectives To study the risk factors and correlation of age-related macular degeneration(AMD) in people aged 50 and above in Xinjiang, and to provide reference for the prevention of AMD in Kashgar and Kuqa.Methods From February 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2021, 2529 elderly patients in Kashgar and Kuqa county of Xinjiang were selected for this study. Basic information of the subjects was collected from the hospital information database and visual acuity related data was obtained through ophthalmic examination. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the risk factors of AMD. Results In univariate analysis, there were significant differences in the incidence of AMD in age, ethnicity, native place, cataract and place of residence(P < 0.05). Logistic regression model analysis showed that age and place of residence were independent risk factors for AMD among elderly population in Xinjiang(P<0.05). Conclusions The risk factors for AMD in people aged 50and above in Xinjiang were age and residence, and the risk of AMD increased with the increase of age and residence. Therefore, the middle-aged and elderly people in Xinjiang with AMD risk factors should be the focus of attention.
