摘　　要：目的探究经皮穴位仿生物电刺激对人工流产术后患者的子宫内膜厚度和血清中表皮生长因子(EGF)和白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的水平的影响。方法将符合标准的患者90例使用随机数字表法分成观察组、对照组、空白组各30例,治疗组给予经皮穴位仿生物电刺激治疗;对照组仅给予仿生物电刺激治疗;空白组不做额外处理。观察治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及血清EGF和IL-1水平。结果治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组、空白组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清EGF对比对照组与空白组是升高的,观察组的血清IL-1对比对照组与空白组有减低的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴位仿生物电刺激技术可通过影响人流术后患者的血清EGF和IL-1水平而发挥治疗作用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous acupoint bioelectrical stimulation on endometrial thickness and serum levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in patients after abortion.Methods Ninety patients who met the standard were randomly divided into an observation group,a control group,and a blank group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with percutaneous acupoint bioelectrical stimulation,the control group was only treated with bioelectric stimulation,and the blank group was not given additional treatment.The endometrial thickness and serum levels of EGF and IL-1 were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group and the blank group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum level of EGF in the observation group increased compared with that in the control group and the blank group,and the serum level of IL-1 in the observation group decreased compared with that in the control group and the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint bioelectrical stimulation plays a therapeutic role by influencing the serum levels of EGF and IL-1 of patients after abortion,which is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
