摘  要:根据某飞行器陀螺仪主轴轴承存在装配困难、刚度不足、待役过程拆解维护困难、保持架摩擦磨损严重等问题,对该双列角接触球轴承进行设计优化。分析刚度、接触角、摩擦力矩之间的关联性,确定接触角、钢球直径、个数等主参数。优化轴承结构,安装使用简单高效;滚动体使用陶瓷球,有效提高轴承整体性能和自润滑性能;保持架采用全新材料,保证轴承润滑的同时减少磨损;通过分析不同接触角下的轴向刚度情况,优化了轴承接触角。The double row angular contact ball bearing was designed and optimized according to the problems of difficult assembly,insufficient stiffness,difficult disassembly and maintenance in the service process,and severe friction and wear of the cage of the gyroscope spindle bearing of aerocraft.By analyzing the correlation among stifiness,contact angle and friction moment,the main parameters such as contact angle,ball diameter and number are determined.Optimize the bearing structure,simple and efficient installation and use;The rolling element uses ceramic ball to effectively improve the overall performance and self-lubricating performance of the bearing;The cage is brand new to ensure bearing lubrication and reduce wear;By analyzing the axial stiffness under different contact angles,the contact angle of the bearing is optimized.
