摘 要:药液晃动是导致高地隙喷雾机侧倾失稳的重要因素。为准确预测药箱内液体晃动行为,本文提出一种单摆-质量-阻尼等效力学模型来模拟药箱内液体晃动行为。首先基于Adams虚拟样机仿真模型输出药箱所受随机加速度激励,并以此激励在Fluent中建立药箱液体受迫晃动模型,进行数值模拟液体晃动,获得了冲击力和冲击力矩与随机加速度的关系;然后对矩形截面药箱液体晃动进行动力学和流体力学分析,获得等效力学模型的相关参数,建立了MATLAB/Simulink系统仿真模型;最后通过Fluent验证了系统模型在充液比0.5时的可靠性。结果表明本文所建立的等效力学模型能够较准确地模拟液体晃动行为。Liquid sloshing is an important factor leading to the instability of the high ground clearance sprayer.In order to accurately predict the liquid sloshing behavior in the medicine tank,a simple pendulum-mass-damping equivalent mechanical model was proposed to simulate the liquid sloshing behavior in the medicine tank.First,based on the Adams virtual prototype simulation model,the random acceleration excitation of the medicine box is output,and the forced sloshing model of the medicine box liquid is established in Fluent based on this excitation,and the liquid sloshing is simulated numerically,and the relationship between the impact force and the impact torque and the random acceleration is obtained;Then the kinetic and hydrodynamic analysis of the liquid sloshing of the rectangular cross-section medicine tank was carried out to obtain the relevant parameters of the equivalent mechanical model,and the MATLAB/Simulink system simulation model was established;finally,the reliability of the system model at the filling ratio of 0.5 was verified by Fluent Sex.The results show that the established equivalent mechanical model can simulate liquid sloshing behavior more accurately.
