摘 要:传统土力学实验无法展现土体内部渗透变形,使学生难以直观理解土体渗流的基本原理。利用人工合成透明土材料,融合粒子示踪、断层成像和数字图像处理等技术,研发了可视化渗透破坏实验装置。以砂砾石管涌为例,直观展现了土体渗透破坏孕育-发生-发展-破坏全过程颗粒运移特征,论证了实验装置的可靠性。在此基础上,提出了以学生自主创新为主体,实验技术教研平台、实验课程学习平台和产学合作协同育人平台“三台一体”新的教学模式。Traditional experiments in soil mechanics cannot show the internal seepage deformation, which makes it difficult for students to intuitively understand the basic principle of seepage failure. A visual seepage failure device was developed using particle tracing technology, computerised tomography and digital image processing technology based on synthetical transparent soil. Taking the piping of sandy gravel as an example,particle transport characteristics were directly shown in the overall seepage process, including incubation,formation, evolution and destruction, which verified the reliability of the experimental device. Besides, a new teaching model was established by considering the main subject of students’ independent innovation, including the teaching and learning platform of visual experiments as well as the school-enterprise cooperation and education platform.
