摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同添加剂量的复合微生态制剂对蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响。将240只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,对照组、复合微生态制剂Ⅰ组、复合微生态制剂Ⅱ组、复合微生态制剂Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%复合微生态制剂。试验期10 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,复合微生态制剂Ⅱ组、复合微生态制剂Ⅲ组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、哈夫单位和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均显著提高(P<0.05),蛋黄胆固醇、丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,复合微生态制剂Ⅱ组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合微生态制剂能够改善蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质,增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,建议实际生产中以0.10%作为临床添加剂量。The experiment was to study the effect of different additive doses of compound probiotics on egg laying performance,egg quality,serum immune indexes and antioxidant indexes of laying hens.A total of 240 Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 20 laying hens in each replicate,hens in control group,compound probiotics groupⅠ,compound probiotics groupⅡand compound probiotics groupⅢwere fed with basic diet supplentment with 0,0.05%,0.10%and 0.20%compound probiotics respectively.The experiment lasted for 10 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the egg laying rate,average egg weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,hastelloy unit,IgA,IgG,IL-2,IFN-γ,T-AOC and T-SOD of compound probiotics groupⅡand compound probiotics groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of cholesterol and MDA were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the feed to egg ratio of compound probiotics groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the compound probiotics can improve laying performance and egg quality of laying hens,enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity,and it is suggested to use 0.10%as clinical additive dose in practical application.
