摘  要:以厚锥形橡胶减振弹簧为例,通过对比不同硫化温度下开模制品的自由高、刚度、压缩高和疲劳性能,分析了交联密度、硫化程度和制品性能的关系。结果表明,厚橡胶制品在不同硫化程度下开模并进行自然冷却或再次进行烘箱二次硫化,胶料交联密度可与完全硫化的胶料交联密度一致。Taking a special thick series of conical rubber damping spring products as an example, the relationship between crosslinking density, curing degree and physical and mechanical properties was analyzed by comparing the free height, stiffness, compression height and fatigue properties of products after compression molding at different curing temperatures. The results showed that the crosslinking density of the compound could be consistent with that of the fully vulcanized compound when the mold was opened at different curing degrees, cooled naturally or post curing in the oven again.
