摘 要:该文提出一种智能单稳态永磁接触器的联合仿真方法。首先,针对传统电磁接触器等效电路在永磁接触器的保持及分闸过程中存在的应用缺陷,将电磁磁链与永磁磁链分开考虑,提出适用于全过程的永磁接触器等效电路模型。之后,采用永磁接触器的有限元仿真结合等效磁路来处理永磁磁场与电磁磁场的相互耦合问题,从而给出等效电路模型中各元件参数的计算方法。最后,结合分合闸控制策略及永磁接触器动态模型,构建单稳态智能永磁接触器的联合仿真方法,并通过实验验证该仿真方法的有效性。在永磁接触器的整个动态过程中,该仿真方法详细反映出电磁磁场与永磁磁场的相互影响,为基于电磁力、永磁力及弹簧反力密切配合的高性能优化控制方案的设计打下基础。This paper proposes a co-simulation method for intelligent monostable permanent magnetic(PM) contactor.Firstly, aiming at the application defects of the equivalent circuit of the traditional electromagnetic contactor in the holding and breaking process of the PM contactor, an equivalent circuit model of the PM contactor suitable for the whole process is proposed by considering the electromagnetic flux linkage and PM flux linkage separately. Then, the finite element simulation combined with the equivalent magnetic circuit is used to deal with the mutual coupling between PM field and electromagnetic field, and the calculation method of each element parameter in the equivalent circuit model is given. Finally, combining the breaking and closing control strategy and the dynamic model of the PM contactor, a co-simulation method of the monostable intelligent PM contactor is constructed, and its effectiveness is verified through experiments. The simulation method reflects the interaction between electromagnetic field and PM field in detail in the whole dynamic process of the PM contactor, so it can lay a foundation for the design of high-performance optimal control based on the close coordination of electromagnetic force, permanent force and spring reaction force.
