摘  要:防排水一体化设计已在隧道得到广泛应用,其主要使用的材料为排水板,但排水板因其结构带凸台,与初期支护的固定成为难题。针对隧道排水板的固定方式进行探究,开发的无穿孔机械固定法可代替现有的悬吊法固定和有穿孔机械固定,介绍了手动电热熔压焊器电磁焊接技术、超声波点焊焊接技术,并通过分析排水板与垫片的剥离强度结果,对比不同无穿孔机械固定的优劣,推荐采用带四孔的专用垫片,通过手动热熔压焊器固定。The integrated waterproof and drainage design has been widely used in tunnels.The main material used is drainage board,which has a boss due to its structure,making its fixation with the initial support becomes a difficult problem.The paper probes into the fixing method of tunnel drainage plate,and the developed mechanical fixing method without perforation can replace the existing suspension method and mechanical fixing with perforation.This paper introduces the special hot melt gasket for waterproof plate and the welding technology of manual electrohot melt electromagnetic welding and ultrasonic spot welding.By analyzing the peeling strength test of drainage plate and gasket,the advantages and disadvantages of different mechanical fixing without perforation are compared.A special gasket with four holes is recommended,secured by a manual hot melt pressure welder.
