工业机器人应用、上下游产业关联与中国企业出口产品质量

摘　　要：基于2006—2015年中国沪深A股制造业上市公司数据、海关数据和国际机器人联盟数据,从上下游产业关联视角探究工业机器人应用对中国企业出口产品质量的影响。研究发现:行业内和行业间前向关联渠道机器人应用显著促进了企业出口产品质量升级,行业间后向关联渠道机器人应用对企业产品质量变动不存在显著影响;各渠道工业机器人应用对中国企业出口产品质量的影响与企业所有制类型和行业要素密集度密切相关,其中同行业机器人应用对劳动密集型行业产品质量的促进作用仅体现在食品和饮料业以及木材和家具业,对纺织和服装业的产品质量升级具有负向抑制作用,但不显著;工业机器人应用存在资源再配置效应,行业内和行业间前向关联渠道机器人应用对核心产品的促进作用更为明显。Based on the data of listed companies in China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2015,customs data and the International Robotics Alliance data,this paper explores the impact of industrial robot application on the quality of Chinese enterprises’export products from the perspective of upstream and downstream industry association.This study found that the application of intra-industry and inter-industry forward-connected channel robots has significantly promoted the upgrading of export product quality of enterprises,and the application of inter-industry back-connected channel robots has no significant impact on the change of enterprise product quality.The impact of the application of industrial robots in various channels on the quality of Chinese enterprises’export products is closely related to the type of enterprise ownership and the intensity of industrial factors.Among them,the promotion effect of the application of industrial robots in the same industry on the quality of products in labor-intensive industries is only reflected in the food and beverage industry and the wood and furniture industry,and has a negative inhibition effect on the upgrading of product quality in the textile and clothing industry,but is not significant.The application of industrial robots has the effect of resource reallocation,and the application of robots in the forward related channels within and between industries has a more obvious promotion effect on core products.
