摘 要:为了提高电阻炉的安全性,将常压三相4.5 kW的电阻炉作为控制对象,设计出电阻炉温度控制系统,该系统可精准控制电阻炉的温度,便于用户实时观察电阻炉的运行情况。利用OPC技术作为该系统的核心技术,有利于提高电阻炉温度的可控性。采用Matlab软件对模糊控制器进行仿真测试,便于及时调整控制器的控制规则与参数。通过对测试结果进行分析可知,模糊控制系统的控制速度更快,将其应用于电阻炉的温度控制中,可有效提高系统的稳定性。In order to improve the safety of resistance furnace,the atmospheric pressure three-phase 4.5 kW resistance furnace as the control object,the design of resistance furnace temperature control system,the system can accurately control the temperature of resistance furnace,convenient for users to observe the real-time operation of resistance furnace.Using OPC technology as the core technology of the system is beneficial to improve the controllability of resistance furnace temperature.Matlab software is used to simulate the fuzzy controller,which is convenient to adjust the control rules and parameters of the controller in time.Through the analysis of the test results,it can be seen that the control speed of fuzzy control system is faster,and its application in the temperature control of resistance furnace can effectively improve the stability of the system.
