中医“疾”态概念探究及现代临床意义发微

摘　　要：“疾”态不仅包含亚健康,还囊括疾病早期无症状之潜病、隐病等阶段,在人群中分布范围较广,需引起重视。中医学对“疾”态的辨治已有数千年历史,其思维和方法可拓宽现代社会疾病预防和干预方案,有利于为个体提供个性化的“疾”态辨治措施。通过对“疾”态的中医内涵、辨治特点及辨治方法进行疏理,从“症群”辨证保健、“态靶”同调、“个体化、可预测、可预防、可参与”医学模式等角度阐释“疾”态干预的中医现代临床治未病意义,希冀顺应现代社会从“治疗型模式”转变为“预防型模式”的时代需求,发挥中西医结合对现代“疾”态人群健康管理之优势。The state of“Ji”(疾)not only includes sub-health state,but also contains latent and hidden disease in early asymptomatic period.It is widely spread among the population and should be paid highly attention to.Having thousands of years’history in the differentiation and treatment of the“Ji”(疾)state by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the corresponding thought and method could be concerned to broaden the prevention and intervention scheme of the disease in modern society,helping to provide individualized differentiation and treatment strategies of the“Ji”(疾)state.By analyzing the TCM connotation of the“Ji”(疾)state,as well as the characteristics and methods of the differentiation and treatment,this paper discussed the significance of“treating disease before it arises”in modern clinical practice of TCM,from the perspective of“symptom group”in syndrome differentiating health care,“state-target”regulation at the same time,and the“predictive,personalized,preventive and participatory(4P)”medical mode,hoping to meet the needs of the times that requires the turning of the disease from“treatment mode”to“preven‐tative mode”,and then carry forward the advantages of integration of Chinese and western medicine in health manage‐ment to the“Ji”(疾)state people.
