摘　　要：目前较多研究已揭示帕金森病(PD)运动症状的病理生理机制及治疗,然而针对其非运动症状(NMS)的形成机制及用药较有限,并且多数患者在确诊前早已出现未受关注的NMS。近年来,国内外研究发现5-羟色胺(5-HT)与PD-NMS及治疗用药之间存在密切联系。本文就目前常见的NMS与5-HT之间的关系及治疗用药进行综述。More studies have revealed the pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment of motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease(PD),but the mechanisms and medications for non-motor symptoms(NMS)are more limited,and most patients develop unattended NMS long before diagnosis.In recent years,domestic and international studies have identified a strong link between 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and PD-NMS and the medication used to treat it.In this paper,we review the current relationship between NMS and 5-HT and its therapeutic use.
