摘　　要：打造粤港澳大湾区文化高地是国家发展战略,而开展全民阅读推广活动是建设文化高地的重要组成部分。文章调查分析了粤港澳大湾区公共图书馆、高校图书馆、社区图书馆的建设状况及阅读推广开展现状,剖析了该地区阅读推广存在的问题与不足,从合作基础、合作意义、合作路径等方面探讨了粤港澳大湾区阅读推广融合发展新模式,由此提出图书馆阅读推广融合发展的动力机制:构建图书馆阅读推广融合发展的管理机构(管理动力);形成图书馆阅读推广活动绩效评价的激励机制(行为动力);谋划图书馆阅读推广活动主题内容的资源共享(内生动力);建设图书馆阅读推广融合发展的体制机制(创新动力),以期推动全国图书馆阅读推广高质量发展。It is a national development strategy to build a cultural highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the implementation of the national reading promotion activities is an important part of building a cultural highland.The article investigates and analyzes the construction status of public libraries,university libraries and community libraries and the current situation of reading promotion in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,analyzes the problems and shortcomings of reading promotion in the region,discusses the new model of integrated development of reading promotion in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in terms of the basis of cooperation,the significance of cooperation and the path of cooperation,and thus proposes a dynamic mechanism for the integrated development of library reading promotion:constructing a management organization to promote the high-quality development of library reading promotion by building a management organization for the integrated development of library reading promotion(management motivation);forming an incentive mechanism for the performance evaluation of library reading promotion activities(behavioral motivation);planning the sharing of resources for the thematic content of library reading promotion activities(endogenous motivation);and building an institutional mechanism for the integrated development of library reading promotion(innovation motivation).
