摘　　要：文章基于区域创新体系视角,以天津10家高校图书馆为调研对象,分析当前高校图书馆科技创新服务现状和面向区域开展科技创新服务存在的不足,提出高校图书馆应在注重区域用户创新需求挖掘的前提下提升科技创新资源整合能力、创新服务模式、拓展服务深度,更好地服务区域经济发展。This paper takes 10 university libraries in Tianjin as the research object, analyzes the current situation of scientific and technological innovation service in university libraries and the problems existing in developing scientific and technological innovation service oriented to regional innovation based on the perspective of regional innovation system. In order to better serve the regional economic development, university libraries should enhance the integration ability of scientific and technological innovation resources, innovate the service mode and expand the service depth under the premise of paying attention to the exploration of regional users’ innovation needs.
