良性脑膜瘤术后单发性颅外肋骨转移1例

摘　　要：脑膜瘤是颅内常见的肿瘤,大多数脑膜瘤表现为良性。良性脑膜瘤发生颅外转移在临床中极其罕见。本文介绍威海市中心医院1例单发性肋骨肿瘤患者,既往有良性脑膜瘤手术史,影像检查提示肋骨肿瘤符合恶性肿瘤表现,最终手术病理证实为脑膜瘤转移。Meningiomas are common intracranial tumors.Most meningiomas are benign.The extracranial metastasis of benign meningioma is extremely rare in clinic.This paper introduces a patient with solitary rib tumor and a previous surgical history of benign meningioma at Weihai Central Hospital.The imaging examination suggested that the rib tumor met the malignant tumor manifestations;the final surgical pathology confirmed meningioma metastasis.
