摘 要:目的探讨企业微信运用于消毒供应中心人员培训考核体系中的应用效果,为后期推广提供参考。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月广州市第一人民医院消毒供应中心在职培训考核人员28名,根据时间顺序分为对照组(2018年6月至2019年6月)和观察组(2019年7月至2020年6月),每组14人,均为女性,对照组年龄19~40(33.31±1.21)岁,观察组年龄21~40(32.62±1.09)岁。对照组采用传统培训方法,观察组在对照组培训方法的基础上自行设计企业微信-工作台进行培训,采用t检验分析两组人员岗位技能考核成绩评分结果、消毒隔离质量控制、培训考核满意度与临床满意度情况。结果观察组基础知识培训考核成绩评分(90.85±5.32)分、专科技能培训考核成绩评分为(89.27±5.49)分、专科技能培训考核成绩评分为(91.44±6.91)分,均高于对照组[(80.37±4.90)分、(82.03±6.12)分、(83.84±5.37)分],两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.490、6.118、4.906,均P<0.05)。观察组质量控制评分为(96.828±6.094)分、培训考核满意度为(95.402±7.228)分、临床满意度为(96.098±5.423)分,均优于对照组[(90.032±7.581)分、(83.267±5.904)分、(84.372±6.028)分],两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.850、8.214、9.687,均P<0.05)。结论企业微信运用于CSSD人员培训考核体系中,可有效提升基础知识、专科技能、技能操作各维度掌握水平,同时提升质量控制,改善受训人员考核满意度与临床满意度,值得临床推广和借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of enterprise WeChat in the staff training and assessment system of central sterile supply department(CSSD),and provide references for promotion in the future.Methods Twenty-eight female staff who underwent on-the-job training and assessment in Central Sterile Supply Department,Guangzhou First People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.According to the time sequence,the 28 staff were divided into a control group(from June 2018 to June 2019)and an observation group(from July 2019 to June 2020),with 14 in each group.The control group were 19-40(33.31±1.21)years old,and the observation group 21-40(32.62±1.09).The control group used traditional training methods,and the observation group were trained with the self-designed enterprise WeChat-workbench based on the training methods of the control group.t test was used to analyze the scores of post skill assessment,disinfection and isolation quality control,training assessment satisfaction,and clinical satisfaction of the two groups. Results The scores of basic knowledge training assessment,specialized skill training assessment, the skill operation training assessment, quality control,satisfaction of training assessment, and clinical satisfaction in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group [(90.85±5.32) vs. (80.37±4.90), (89.27±5.49) vs. (82.03±6.12),(91.44±6.91) vs. (83.84±5.37), (96.828±6.094) vs. (90.032±7.581), (95.402±7.228) vs. (83.267±5.904), and (96.098±5.423) vs. (84.372±6.028)], with statistical differences (t=5.490, 6.118, 4.906,7.850, 8.214, and 9.687;all P<0.05). Conclusion Applying enterprise WeChat in staff training andassessment system in CSSD can effectively improve their mastery of basic knowledge, technicalskills, operation skill, quality control, training assessment satisfaction, and clinical satisfaction, so itis worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
