摘　　要：文章分析当前复合型文创人才培育存在的问题,探索构建“智传创”三链融合的育人模式,提出应丰富课程思政内容的思政元素供给,侧重于复合型能力的综合构建,以适应社会经济发展对复合型文创人才的需求变化。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of compound cultural and creative talents,explores the construction of the three-chain integration education mode of intelligence, transmission and innovation and puts forward that the supply of ideological and political elements of curriculum ideological and political content should be enriched, focusing on the comprehensive construction of compound ability, so as to adapt to the demand change of social and economic development for compound cultural and creative talents.
