血清白细胞介素-8、C反应蛋白与急性缺血性脑卒中患者脑动脉狭窄的关系

摘　　要：目的 观察急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)表达情况,并分析二者与患者脑动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法 选择2019年3月至2021年10月商丘市第四人民医院收治的170例AIS患者作为研究对象,采用颅内血管计算机断层扫描血管成像(CTA)方法评估脑动脉狭窄程度,分为轻度组、中度组及重度组;统计并比较3组患者临床资料及血清IL-8、CRP水平,分析血清IL-8、CRP水平与AIS患者脑动脉狭窄程度的关系。结果 170例AIS患者中62例脑动脉轻度狭窄,占36.47%,83例脑动脉中度狭窄,占48.82%,25例脑动脉重度狭窄,占14.71%;轻度组患者血清IL-8、CRP水平低于中度、高度组,中度组患者血清IL-8、CRP水平低于高度组患者(P<0.05);经双变量Kendall的tau-b(K)直线相关性分析,结果显示,血清IL-8、CRP水平与AIS患者脑动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论 血清IL-8、CRP水平与AIS患者脑动脉狭窄程度呈正相关。Objective To observe the expression of serum interleukin-8(IL-8) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS), and to analyze the relationship between them and the degree of cerebral artery stenosis in patients.Methods A total of 170 patients with AIS treated in Shangqiu Fourth People’s Hospital from March 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The degree of cerebral artery stenosis was evaluated by intracranial vascular computed tomography angiography(CTA), and the patients were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group. The clinical data and serum IL-8 and CRP levels of patients in the three groups were counted and compared. The relationship between the levels of serum IL-8 and CRP and the degree of cerebral artery stenosis in patients with AIS was analyzed.Results Among 170 patients with AIS, 62 cases had mild cerebral artery stenosis, accounting for 36.47%, and 83 cases had moderate cerebral artery stenosis, accounting for 48.82%, and 25 cases had severe cerebral artery stenosis, accounting for 14.71%. The levels of serum IL-8 and CRP of patients in mild group were lower than those in moderate and high group, and the levels of serum IL-8 and CRP of patients in moderate group were lower than those in high group(P<0.05). By bivariate Kendall’s tau-b(K) linear correlation analysis, the results showed that, the levels of serum IL-8 and CRP were positively correlated with the degree of cerebral artery stenosis in patients with AIS(r>0, P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-8 and CRP are positively correlated with the degree of cerebral artery stenosis in patients with AIS.
