摘 要:新医科背景下,为进一步落实医教协同,推进医学教育改革与发展,提升中医院校医学人才培养质量,湖南中医药大学临床医学专业提出“一核心四融合”人才培养模式。该模式以“提升医学生岗位胜任力为导向的职业素养”为核心,通过“医学与思想教育、基础教学与临床、专业学习与科研、临床医学与中医”相互融合,培养“思想素质高、专业基础实、临床技能强、科研能力突出、中医情怀深”的高素质临床医学专业人才,为同类医学院校人才培养提供理论依据和可操作性的参考,为推进健康中国建设贡献力量。With the practice of "new medical science", Hunan University of Chinese Medicine has proposed the cultivation mode of "one core and four integration" for clinical medicine students. It can further implement the coordination of medical education and education, promote the reform and development of medical education, and improve the quality of talents cultivation in colleges of Chinese medicine. The model focuses on improving the "professional quality of medical students guided by their post competency". In addition, it integrates "medicine and ideological education, basic teaching and clinical practice, professional learning and research, clinical medicine and Chinese medicine". The model helps to cultivate high-quality clinical medical professionals with "ideological quality, professional foundation, clinical skills, scientific research ability, and passions of Chinese medicine". In summary, the model provides theoretical basis and practical reference for talents cultivation in medical colleges,which contributes to promoting the construction of a healthy China.
