塑料成型工艺专业英语词汇句式特征与翻译技巧研究

摘　　要：中国塑料产业的飞速发展和全球市场的开拓,给高校塑料专业英语复合型人才的培养带来了新的挑战。文章以塑料成型工艺为例,对塑料专业英语的词汇、句式特征进行总结,以词汇、句式的特征为突破口,对塑料专业英语的翻译技巧进行分析,对塑料专业英语词汇翻译中的意译法、音译法、缩写替代法以及句式翻译的被动语态翻译法、长句翻译法等翻译技巧进行了总结。The rapid development of China’s plastic industry and the expansion of the global market have posed new challenges to the cultivation of compound English talents for plastics majors in colleges and universities. Taking the plastic molding process as a case of study, we summarized the characteristics of plastic professional English vocabulary, sentence patterns, and discussed how to translate words by liberal, transliteration,and abbreviation substitution methods, and how to translate long sentences in the passive voice, etc.
