摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是一种严重威胁人们生命安全的疾病,对其进行有效的筛查和早期诊断是目前急需解决的问题。半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂S(CST4)通过抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶,参与细胞的应答、衰老、细胞程序化死亡等过程。近期研究表明,CST4在某些恶性肿瘤中呈现高表达,能影响肿瘤细胞的活力、生长和凋亡,与食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌等肿瘤的侵袭、转移及预后有一定的关系。本文对CST4的结构及功能,以及在肿瘤中的表达特点、可能调控机制进行阐述,探讨CST4在今后的癌症治疗中的潜在作用。Malignant tumor is a serious disease threatening life safety of human been.Effective screening and early diagnosis of malignant tumors are urgent issues.Cysteine protease inhibitor S(CST4)is involved in cellular response,senescence,and programmed cell death by inhibiting cysteine proteases.Recent studies have shown that CST4 presents high expression in certain malignant tumors,which can affect the viability,growth and apoptosis of tumor cells,and is related to the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of esophageal,gastric,colorectal and ovarian cancers.In this paper,we describe the structure and function of CST4,as well as the expression characteristics and possible regulatory mechanisms in tumors,and explore the potential role of CST4 in future cancer therapy.
