职业社会学视角下我国院校研究专业化的现状、框架与路径

摘　　要：院校研究旨在通过系统收集数据、科学分析数据,为高校决策提供支持。院校研究的专业化水平决定了院校研究决策支持功能的有效性。当前我国院校研究机构的定位不明确,院校研究工作呈现理论驱动强于实践驱动,院校研究人员的研究规范性有待加强。从职业社会学视角看,院校研究专业化旨在建立院校研究的专业知识体系,确立院校研究的内部边界构成,促进生态系统之间的递归循环。为了促进院校研究发展及其职能发挥,需要通过设立院校研究机构、界定组织角色、提炼抽象知识、提升合法性四个阶段构建院校研究的专业化路径。The core function of institutional research(IR) is to collect data systematically, analyze data scientifically, and provide decision support. The professionalization of IR determines the effectiveness of the decision support function of IR. At present, the orientation of IR department is not clear,the research work is more driven by theory rather than practice, and IR personnel’s research norms need to be strengthened. From the perspective of sociology of profession, the professionalization of IR aims to establish the professional knowledge system of IR, establish the internal boundary structure of IR, and promote the recursive cycle between ecosystems. In order to promote the development and function realization of IR, the professionalization path of IR has been clarified as four stages: starting point, development, establishment of jurisdiction, and popularization.
