我国博士生分流退出机制的演化博弈研究

摘　　要：博士生分流退出机制作为博士生教育质量保障机制之一,是严控博士生培养过程质量、推进博士生培养结构优化的重要方式。博士生分流退出是博士生导师与博士生的演化博弈过程。以博士生导师和博士生为研究对象,运用博弈论方法,通过建立双方的演化博弈模型,探讨了博士生导师态度对博士生分流退出的有效性,剖析了博士生分流退出的动态演变路径。研究结果表明,博士生分流退出政策会影响博士生导师的策略选择;博士生导师与博士生策略(不支持,不接受)、(支持,不接受)和(支持,接受)都有可能是系统演化的稳定策略,而博弈双方所选择策略的稳定性依赖于收益支付矩阵以及参数的变化;博士生导师对博士生所采取的分流退出举措是博士生是否分流退出博士生培养的关键。基于此,建议从加大博士生分流退出政策引导力度,完善政策落实监督机制;转变博士生培养观念,推进分流退出管理改革;强化全过程、全链条管理模式,实行分阶段退出制度;完善配套善后制度,建立申诉制度与补偿机制等方面推动博士生分流退出机制的顺利实施,从而为博士生培养提质促优助力。As one of the mechanisms to ensure the quality of doctoral education, and an important way to strictly control the process quality of the doctoral cultivation and promote the structure of doctoral cultivation, doctoral students’ triage and withdrawal is an evolutionary game process between doctoral supervisors and doctoral students. Using a game theoretic approach, with doctoral supervisors and doctoral students as the subjects of the study, by developing an evolutionary game model of doctoral supervisor and doctoral student, the paper discusses the effectiveness of doctoral supervisors’ attitude on the doctoral student’s triage and withdrawal, analyzes the dynamic evolution path of the doctoral students’ triage and withdrawal. The results show that the stability of the strategies chosen by the two sides of the game depends on the change of revenue payment matrix and parameters;the strategies of supervisor and doctoral student(no support, no acceptance),(support, no acceptance)and(support,acceptance) are all possible evolutionary stable strategies of the system, and doctoral students’ triage and withdrawal policy affects mentors’ strategic choices;triage and withdrawal initiatives taken by doctoral supervisors are key to whether doctoral students are triaged out of doctoral cultivation. Based on the findings of the study, it is recommended to promote the smooth implementation of the doctoral students’ triage and withdrawal mechanism from the aspects of increasing the guidance of the policy of doctoral students’ triage and withdrawal and improving the monitoring mechanism of policy implementation;changing the concept of doctoral students’ cultivation, promoting the reform of triage and withdrawal management;strengthening the whole process and chain management model and implementing a phased withdrawal system;advocating a whole process assessment oriented to the concept of quality, improving the supporting aftercare system, and establishing a supporting appeal mechanism and compensation mechanism
