摘　　要：为适应办学定位和审计事业发展对审计人才的需求,A学院“审计学”专业人才培养方案的设计,遵循OBE教育理念,以“成果导向”为原则,按照“培养目标—毕业要求—课程体系”反向设计人才培养方案。以社会对审计人才需求为导向精准确立人才培养目标,聚焦培养目标设计毕业要求,以毕业要求的实现构建“模块型、适用型、实用型”的课程体系。In order to meet the needs of A school's orientation and the development of audit cause for audit talents,the design of the talent training program for Audit Science of A school follows the OBE education concept,takes the"results orientation"as the principle,and reversely designs the personnel training program according to the"training objectives—graduation requirements—curriculum system".In order to meet the needs of the society for audit talents,we accurately establish the talent training objectives,focus on the training objectives to design the graduation requirements,and build an"application-oriented,targeted and practical"curriculum system to achieve the graduation requirements.
