穴位按摩联合中药药浴对脑性瘫痪高危患儿早期干预的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩联合中药药浴对脑性瘫痪(以下简称脑瘫)高危患儿早期干预的临床疗效。方法将160例脑瘫高危患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组80例予常规康复训练,治疗组80例在对照组治疗基础上加穴位按摩联合中药药浴治疗,2组均干预至患儿18月龄。患儿6、12、18月龄时,应用Gesell评分检查患儿发育情况;比较2组患儿18月龄时发育结局及神经系统后遗症。结果治疗组6、12、18月龄时Gesell各项评分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组发育正常率88.75%(71/80),对照组发育正常率73.75%(59/80),2组发育正常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论穴位按摩联合中药药浴早期干预脑瘫高危患儿,可改善患儿运动及认知功能,减少后遗症发生,有效促进患儿生长发育。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bath in early intervention of high-risk children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods A total of 160 high-risk children with CP were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).All patients were managed by routine rehabilitation training,and those in the treatment group additionally received acupoint massage combined with TCM bath.The intervention period lasted until 18 months old.The 6-,12-,18-month-old developmental state were assessed using Gesell score.The 18-month-old developmental outcomes and nervous system sequelae were compared.Results The normal growth rates in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(88.75[71/80]vs 73.75[59/80],[P<0.05],respectively).Conclusion For high-risk children with CP,acupoint massage combined with TCM bath can improve motor and cognitive functions,reduce sequelae,and effectively promote growth and development.
