摘 要:随着现代科学的发展,机器人辅助腹腔镜技术以其高清3D手术视野、灵活的机械臂、颤抖滤除、精准定位操作、创伤小、恢复快等优势在泌尿外科的运用已逐渐成熟,但也面临不良事件、医疗公平、价格昂贵及法律责任认定等问题。本文对机器人辅助腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术的安全性和优势进行阐述,并展望其未来发展前景,以期为机器人辅助系统在泌尿外科的应用提供借鉴。With the development of modern science,robot-assisted laparoscopic technology has been more and more widely applied in urologic surgery for its 3D high-definition surgical field,flexible mechanical arms,tremble filtering system,precise positioning,minimally invasive and quick recovery.However,it also faces problems such as adverse events,medical justice,high cost and liability determination.The safety and advantages of robot-assisted laparoscopic technology in urologic surgery were reviewed,and its future development was prospected in this paper,hoping to provide references for the application of robot-assisted surgical system in urology.
