经脐孔取瘤法在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中采取经脐孔取瘤法的效果。方法选取100例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,所有患者采取经脐孔取瘤法将标本取出,观察其临床效果。结果100例患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间、术中出血量及平均住院时间分别为(88.13±9.25)min、(64.87±18.93)ml、(4.31±1.22)d;无1例患者发生切口愈合不良、脐疝;术后24 h、48 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(5.01±0.80)分、(4.26±0.64)分;术后病率为0%。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术采取经脐孔取瘤法效果显著,具有较高的安全性、操作便捷、成本低等优点,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy through umbilical pore.Methods 100 patients xindergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected,all of whom were taken out through umbilical pore to observe the clinical effect.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and average length of hospital stay were(88.13±9.25)min,(64.87±18.93)ml and(4.31±1.22)d,respectively.None of the patients had poor incision healing or umbilical hernia.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores were(5.01±0.80)and(4.26±0.64)points at 24 h and 48 h after surgery.The postoperative morbidity rate was 0%.Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy with transomphalomatous tumor extraction has significant effect,with high safety,convenient operation and low cost,and is worth promoting.
