摘  要:目的分析孕早期胎儿筛查中胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)超声检查的应用价值。方法选取11175例在本院进行孕早期胎儿筛查的孕妇为研究对象,所有孕妇均进行胎儿NT超声检查,观察其检查结果。结果在11175例孕妇中有89例检查发现NT结果异常增厚,其中NT值为>5.0 mm时不良妊娠结局发生率最高。89例NT增厚胎儿中,染色体核型异常13例,占比为146%。对其余76例孕妇在孕中晚期进行筛查及产后跟踪随访,其中35例(393%)胎儿系单纯NT增厚无其他结构异常,41例(46.1%)胎儿同时合并其他结构畸形。结论孕早期胎儿筛查采取NT超声检查,能够及早发现染色体异常及胎儿结构畸形问题,辅助孕妇做出理性的妊娠选择,降低孕妇身心伤害和经济损失。Objective To analyze the application value of fetal neck transparent layer thickness(NT)ultrasonography in early pregnancy screening.Methods A total of 11175 pregnant women who underwent fetal screening in our hospital during early pregnancy were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women underwent fetal NT ultrasound examination and the examination results were observed.Results Abnormal thickening of NT results was found in 89 of 11175 pregnant women,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was highest when NT value was>5.0 mm.Among 89 fetuses with NT thickening,13 cases(14.6%)had abnormal chromosome karyotype.The remaining 76 pregnant women were screened during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy and followed up after delivery.Among them,35(39.3%)fetuses had simple NT thickening without other structural abnormalities,and 41(46.1%)fetuses had other structural abnormalities.Conclusion NT ultrasound screening in early pregnancy can detect fetal malformations such as chromosomal abnormalities and fetal structural malformations as early as possible,assist pregnant women to make rational pregnancy choices,and reduce physical and mental injuries and economic losses of pregnant women.
