摘　　要：高水平的研究生教育是高等教育成功的重要标志之一,为提高我国电气工程及自动化专业研究生培养水平,以7所中美一流工科高校电气工程专业为对象,借鉴美国一流高校相关专业研究生培养的成功经验,通过分析中美高校研究生教育的现状和特点、美国高校研究生培养的优势和特色,结合我国研究生培养的实际情况,提出完善我国电气工程专业研究生培养模式、推进一流学科建设的优化路径。High-level graduate education is one of the important signs of successful higher education.In order to improve the training level of graduate students in electrical engineering(EE)in China,this paper studies the electrical engineering specialty in seven first-class engineering universities both in China and the United States,and summarizes the successful experience of graduate training in related majors of American first-class universities.By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of graduate education in Chinese and American universities,it identifies strengths of the latter.On this basis,the present paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the graduate training mode of electrical engineering in China and promoting the construction of first-class discipline according to the actual situation in China.
