摘  要:师资培训是提高大学师资队伍建设的有效措施。“大学物理实验”课程需要一支高素质的专业师资队伍,教师不仅要有渊博的理论知识和敬业精神,还要具备较强的创造性和开拓性。为了提高课程的教学质量和教学效果,通过“大学物理实验”师资培训,提高实验师资队伍的专业水平和教学能力,转变传统的教学模式和教学观念,改变现在的考核办法,发挥“大学物理实验”课程在思想政治教育中的优势作用,鼓励学生自制实验仪器和录制演示实验小视频,激发学生的实验兴趣和创造性。Teacher training is an effective measure to improve the construction of university faculty.The course of College Physics Experiment requires a high-quality professional teaching team with not only profound theoretical knowledge and strong dedication spirit,but also intense creativity and pioneering efforts.In order to improve the teaching quality and effect of this course,the present paper proposes that teacher training could improve the professional level and teaching ability of experimental teachers,transform the course’s traditional teaching mode and teaching concept,change its current assessment method,give full play to the advantageous role of this course in ideological and political education,and encourage students to make their own experimental instruments and record short experiment demonstration videos,so as to stimulate their experimental interest and creativity.
