摘 要:目的 分析数字造影旋转三维成像(3D-DSA)技术在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值,为提高临床诊疗能力提供参考。方法 选取2020年8月—2021年7月于高唐县人民医院实施检查的30例脑动脉瘤患者纳入本次研究,患者均接受数字减影血管造影(DSA)以及3D-DSA检查。回顾性分析3D-DSA在对脑动脉瘤显示、动脉瘤大小、形状、瘤颈、周围血管等情况的显示程度,及时发现其他脑动脉病变,为临床诊疗提供科学依据。通过对比分析3D-DSA技术在脑动脉瘤中的诊断价值。结果 3D-DSA检查脑动脉瘤对前交通动脉、后交通动脉、颈内动脉、基底动脉、大脑中动脉、脉络膜前动脉部位的总诊断率为96.67%,高于DSA检查方式的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3D-DSA检查脑动脉瘤在动脉瘤显示、动脉瘤形态、动脉瘤瘤颈、动脉瘤同毗邻血管关系方面的成像质量评分高于DSA检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脑动脉瘤的临床诊疗过程中,3D-DSA在诊断脑动脉瘤方面比DSA更准确,能够为临床医师进一步明确病情,开展系统化治疗提供确切依据。3D-DSA技术的应用是DSA技术的进一步发展,具有临床推广及应用价值。Objective To analyze the value of digital contrast-enhanced rotational three-dimensional imaging(3D-DSA)technology in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms,to provide reference for improving clinical diagnosis ability. Methods Thirty patients with cerebral aneurysms examined in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were included in this study. All patients underwent digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and 3D-DSA examination. To retrospectively analyze the display degree of3D-DSA in the display of cerebral aneurysm,aneurysm size,shape,aneurysm neck,peripheral blood vessels,etc.,find other cerebral artery lesions in time,and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of 3D-DSA technology in cerebral aneurysm was compared and analyzed. Results The total diagnostic rate of cerebral aneurysms in anterior communicating artery,posterior communicating artery,internal carotid artery,basilar artery,middle cerebral artery and anterior choroidal artery by 3D-DSA examination was 96.67%,which was higher than80.00% by DSA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with DSA,3D-DSA examination had higher imaging quality scores in the aspects of aneurysm,aneurysm shape,aneurysm neck and the relationship between aneurysm and adjacent vessels, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysms,3D-DSA was more accurate than DSA in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. It could provide accurate basis for clinicians to further clarify the condition and carry out systematic treatment. The application of 3D-DSA technology was the further development of DSA technology and had the value of clinical promotion and application.
