摘  要:目的探讨融入中医学思政元素的CBL教学模式在护理专业临床实习中的教学效果。方法发掘中医医学思政元素,在临床实习教学运用CBL教学将中医学思政元素融入实习教学,2020年6月—2021年10月对护理专业实习生32名实习生进行教学实践。结果通过参与式观察、访谈教学试验学生收集资料,分析资料提取了4个主题:课堂思政培养了学生探索精神;增强了学生的“生命至上”的责任感;树立文化自信;激发学生学习中医护理技术的积极性,创新、发展中医护理的使命感。结论在护理专业临床实习中运用CBL教学模式将中医学思政元素融入教学有助于塑造学生价值观、职业道德。Objective To explore the effect of CBL teaching mode that integrates ideological and political elements of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice of nursing specialty.Methods Exploring the ideological and political elements of traditional Chinese medicine,applying CBL teaching in clinical practice teaching,integrating the ideological and political elements of traditional Chinese medicine into practice teaching,teaching practice on 32 nursing interns from June 2020 to October 2021 was carried out.Results Through participatory observation and interview teaching experiment,data were collected and analyzed,then four themes were concluded:students’exploration spirit was cultivated by classroom ideological and political education;The students’sense of responsibility of“life first”was enhanced;Cultural self-confidence was established;Students’enthusiasm in learning traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology was stimulated,and the sense of mission of traditional Chinese medicine nursing was innovated and developed.Conclusion Using CBL teaching mode in clinical practice of nursing specialty to integrate ideological and political elements of traditional Chinese medicine into teaching is helpful to shape students’values and professional ethics.
