吸唾管持续低负压吸引在预防神经重症患者肺部感染中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吸唾管持续低负压吸引技术在神经重症患者中的应用效果。方法选择贵港市人民医院2019年10月—2021年10月重症监护室收治的88例神经重症患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机数字法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理管理模式对气道进行管理,观察组在对照组基础上使用一次性吸唾管进行口腔持续低负压吸引治疗,比较2组治疗指标、肺部感染等并发症发生率及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者的住院费用、住院时间均明显低于对照组,同时观察组患者住院5 d、住院7 d的排痰量均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在住院期间的肺部感染发生率为10.42%(5/48),明显低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),观察组排痰不畅、误吸、低氧血症、压疮等并发症发生率为12.50%(6/48),明显低于对照组的32.50%(13/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度为95.83%(46/48),明显高于对照组的82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05)。结论采用吸唾管持续低负压吸引技术能够促进神经重症患者痰液排出,降低肺部感染等并发症发生率,减少住院时间和费用,有利于提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous low negative pressure suction technique of saliva suction tube in critically ill neurological patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with severe neurological disease who were admitted to the intensive care unit in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(40 cases)according to the differences in treatment plans.The control group was treated with routine nursing management mode to manage the airway,and the observation group was treated with a disposable saliva suction tube for oral continuous low negative pressure suction on the basis of the control group.The treatment indicators,incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization cost and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.At the same time,the sputum output of the patients in the observation group on the 5th and 7th days of hospitalization was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group during hospitalization was 10.42%(5/48),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 25.00%(10/40).Meanwhile,the incidence of complications such as poor sputum drainage,aspiration,hypoxemia and pressure sores in the observation group was 12.50%(6/48),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 32.50%(13/40).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.50%(33/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe neurological disease,the continuous low negative pressure suction technique of saliva suction tube can promote the discharge of sputum,reduce the incidence of various complicatio
