口腔正畸患者颞下颌关节骨关节病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析口腔正畸患者发生颞下颌关节骨关节病的影响因素。方法:随机选择我院2019年6月-2021年2月收治口腔正畸患者210例进行研究,观察颞下颌关节骨关节病发病情况,并分析其临床特征。结果:口腔正畸治疗患者共计34例患者发生TMJOA,发生率为16.19%。单因素分析结果显示,2组患者在性别、年龄等方面,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者在口腔不良习惯、喜硬食、龋齿、错牙合类型、颌面外伤史等方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,口腔不良习惯、喜硬食、龋齿、错牙合类型、颌面外伤史是导致口腔正畸患者发生TMJOA的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔正畸患者群体中,颞下颌关节骨关节病发病与口腔不良习惯、喜硬食、牙合类型、龋齿、颌面外伤史有关。Objective:To study and analyze the influencing factors of temporomandibular joint osteoarthropathy in orthodontic patients.Methods:210 orthodontic patients in our hospital were randomly selected for the study from June 2019 to February 2021.The incidence of temporomandibular joint osteoarthropathy was observed and its clinical features were analyzed.Results:A total of 34 patients(16.19%)developed TMJOA in 210 orthodontic patients.Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05);There were significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of bad oral habits,liking hard food,dental caries,malocclusion types,and history of maxillofacial trauma(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that bad oral habits,liking hard food,dental caries,malocclusion type and maxillofacial trauma history were the influencing factors of TMJOA in orthodontic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the group of patients with orthodontics,the incidence of temporomandibular joint osteoarthropathy is related to bad oral habits,liking hard food,occlusal type,dental caries and history of maxillofacial trauma.
