摘　　要：培养选拔年轻干部是事关党和国家长远发展的战略举措和战略任务,是建设忠诚干净担当的高素质干部队伍所面临的重大的理论和现实课题。“赛马机制”作为完善和补充年轻干部培养与选拔的重要机制内容,具有重要的战略高度和现实指导意义,能有效助推年轻干部成长成才,是探索提升年轻干部能力培养开发度的一项创举,也是从内在规律探索新时代年轻干部教育培养新模式,加快年轻干部队伍建设的一项实践新探索。The training and selection of young cadres is a strategic measure and task related to the long-term development of the Party and the country,and is a major theoretical and practical issue for the construction of a loyal and clean cadre team.As an important mechanism to improve and supplement the training and selection of young cadres,the"horse racing mechanism"has important strategic height and practical guiding significance.It can effectively promote the growth and success of young cadres.It is a pioneering work to explore and improve the development degree of young cadres vability training.It is also a practical exploration to explore the new mode of young cadres"education and training in the new era from the internal law and accelerate the construction of young cadres.
