猕猴桃软腐病潜育期的红外图像识别研究

摘  要:猕猴桃软腐病是一种采后储藏性病害,可导致果实完全腐烂,对于猕猴桃的产量和品质影响很大。实现对受到软腐病病原侵染的猕猴桃果实进行早期检测,对于猕猴桃软腐病的监测预警和及早防治具有重要意义。为研究红外热成像技术早期检测猕猴桃病害的可行性,该研究以猕猴桃软腐病为例,在实验室环境下对猕猴桃进行软腐病病菌的接种。以健康猕猴桃果实和感染软腐病的猕猴桃果实为试验材料,利用红外热成像技术采集他们的热红外图像和果实温度,在潜育期内连续检测其热红外图像和果实温度随接种天数的变化。通过将图像导入IRSoft对比发现,接种后72 h,肉眼观察热红外图像可将受到侵染,但未显症的猕猴桃与健康的猕猴桃区分开来。经过方差分析发现健康猕猴桃和患软腐病猕猴桃的温度之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),运用数据分类判别可以通过温度数据判断猕猴桃是否患软腐病,测试集准确率为94.3%。可见,利用热红外成像技术可以在病害潜育期检测到猕猴桃受到早疫病侵染后的温度变化,热红外成像技术作为猕猴桃软腐病早期检测的方法是可行的。Kiwifruit soft rot is a postharvest storage disease,which can lead to complete rot of kiwifruit,and has a great impact on the yield and quality of kiwifruit.The realization of early detection of kiwifruit infected by soft rot pathogens is of great significance for the monitoring,early warning and early control of kiwifruit soft rot.In order to study the feasibility of infrared thermal imaging technology for early detection of kiwifruit diseases,this study took kiwifruit soft rot disease as an example,and inoculated kiwifruit soft rot disease pathogen in the laboratory environment.Taking healthy kiwifruit and kiwifruit infected with soft rot disease as experimental materials,their thermal infrared images and fruit temperature were collected by using infrared thermal imaging technology,and their thermal infrared images and fruit temperature changes with the number of days of inoculation were continuously detected during the incubation period.By comparing the images imported into IRSoft,it was found that 72 hours after inoculation,the infected kiwifruit without symptoms could be distinguished from healthy kiwifruit by naked eye observation of thermal infrared images.After variance analysis,it was found that there was a significant difference between the temperature of healthy kiwifruit and that of kiwifruit with soft rot disease(P<0.05).Using data classification,we can judge whether kiwifruit is suffering from soft rot disease by temperature data,and the accuracy of the test set was 94.3%.It can be seen that thermal infrared imaging technology can be used to detect the temperature change of kiwifruit infected by early blight during the disease incubation period,and it is feasible to use thermal infrared imaging technology as an early detection method of kiwifruit soft rot.
