机构语境下日语恭维回应中感激标记语语调变体的会话分析

摘　　要：本文聚焦恭维回应言语行为,探究日语感激标记语的语调变体在机构语境中的语调表征与交际取效。本研究借助语音分析软件识别和分析感激标记语的语调变体特征,使用会话分析的研究方法探讨交际参与者如何调配语调变体协同完成交际任务。研究发现,目标驱动的机构语境下交际参与者可调动语调变体来管理旁听者身份、进行语用推进;亦可通过语调变体的仪式化作用管理多层交际身份、达成多层交际任务。研究表明,日语恭维回应中感激标记语语调变体的使用是交际参与者基于对交际意图、交际目的及交际效果的动态评估做出的选择,揭示了交际过程中多模态交互资源在身份建构与调整、人际关系管理、多层次交际任务实施方面的重要功能,反映了交际参与者对机构语境因素的顺应。Informed by conversation analysis,this study investigates how the implicit resources such as intonation variety of appreciate token in compliment response can be employed to accomplish the interactional tasks.Using the phonetic analytic software,this study first identifies two kinds of intonation variety of Japanese appreciate token,and then employ conversation analysis to illustrate how interactants make use of the resource to accomplish the interaction tasks.The results reveal that the intonation variety,in goaloriented institutional context,in combination with other interactional components,not only can be manipulated as a tool to manage the sideparticipant identity,thus promoted interaction;but can also be used to modify the speech act to manage multilayered identities in accomplishing multileveled tasks.This study proves that the strategies of compliment responses are determined by the interactants evaluation of the interactional purpose at hands,such as constructing identities,managing interpersonal relationship and accomplishing multiple interactional tasks,at the discourse level.
