富民兴疆视角下的语言经济功能探究——基于对喀什大巴扎从业人员国家通用语言文字使用情况的调查

摘　　要：“富民兴疆”是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容。新时代下社会经济的快速发展使得语言的重要作用日益凸显。大力推进富民兴疆,语言因素是很重要的一个方面,发挥好语言的经济功能,可以作为推进富民兴疆的有力抓手。文章以喀什大巴扎从业人员作为调研对象,通过喀什大巴扎这一“窗口”了解从业人员使用国家通用语言文字情况。通过案例分析论证语言的经济功能在社会活动中的重要价值意义,并从富民兴疆视角下提出对语言经济功能的思考与认识。Fu Min Xing Jiang is an important content of the party’s strategy for Xinjiang governance in the new era.The development of society makes language play an increasingly important role in economic development.The language factor is a very important aspect to promote Fu Min Xing Jiang,and it is also an important focus to give full play to the economic function of language.This paper attempts to take the practitioners in Kashi Bazaar as the research object,and through the“window”of Kashi Bazaar,understand the situation of the practitioners using the national common language.This paper demonstrates the important value and significance of the economic attribute of language in social activities through case analysis,and puts forward the thinking and understanding of the economic function of language from the perspective of Fu Min Xing Jiang.
